Mimesis Public Repo Alignment Gate - 2026-05-30
Mimesis Public Repo Alignment Gate - 2026-05-30
Claim
Do not claim external adoption from these repos. 현재 허용되는 주장은 “public working frame plus public artifacts"이다.
Source Snapshot
| source | observed through | current evidence |
|---|---|---|
| svy04/mimesis-engineering | gh repo view + README + PROOF-BOUNDARY.md | Public repo. README maps manifesto, framework, glossary, proof boundary, prompts, examples, cases. Proof boundary says it is a public working frame and does not claim industry standard or proven customer outcomes. No top-level license was observed, so do not overclaim legal reuse rights. |
| svy04/mimesis-canvas | gh repo view + README + canvas.en.md + canvas.ko.md | Public repo. Canvas asks for desired artifact, strong artifacts, knowledge structure, visual structure, user flow, do-not-copy, transformation, and seven-day version. It states the canvas sets a better standard but does not guarantee outcomes. No top-level license was observed, so “reusable” means publicly viewable/operable template unless a license is added. |
| svy04/mimesis-casebook | gh repo view + README + case files 001-004 | Public repo. Case notes exist for QuantFlow -> Alpha Court, blog homepage, GitHub profile, and LinkedIn positioning. This is more than an empty container, but the notes are still directional records rather than evidence-rich proof packets. Each case leaves a next proof artifact such as redacted walkthrough, before/after screenshot, reader feedback, issue, PR, requests, or comments. |
| Mimesis Engineering hub | local Hugo content | Defines Mimesis as verified originals -> decomposition -> ontology -> commands/redlines -> output contract -> golden examples -> validation -> memory, while rejecting universal methodology and industry-standard claims. |
| Mimesis Prompt Pack | local Hugo content | Treats the ten prompts as field/source/failure scan, not the whole method. |
| QuantFlow -> Alpha Court case | local Hugo content | Public directional case. It does not prove Alpha Court performance, external market validation, retention, trust, or revenue. |
Alignment Map
| public surface | what it proves | what remains unproven | next proof |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mimesis Engineering repo | The framework, proof boundary, prompt, example, and case folders are publicly reachable. | External use, customer outcomes, universal methodology status. | Reconcile README proof boundary with blog hub after every major claim change. |
| Mimesis Canvas repo | A public worksheet exists in Korean and English, and a filled site canvas now applies it to this blog. | Legal reuse rights beyond the current public repo, improved user outcomes, or external team adoption. | Add a license if broader reuse is intended, then add before/after screenshots or external usage evidence. |
| Mimesis Casebook repo | Public casebook and four directional case notes exist. | Evidence-rich before/after proof packs, finished portfolio quality, external client result, or repeatable commercial service. | Add source cards, diffs, screenshots, validation output, reader feedback, external issue/PR, or external request/comment evidence. |
| Blog hub and prompt pack | The method is explained publicly with templates and examples. | That the method is standard, validated by the market, or commercially proven. | Keep proof ledger rows tied to actual source snapshots and live route checks. |
Commands / Redlines
| command | redline |
|---|---|
| Treat public repos as source artifacts. | Do not treat repository existence as adoption. |
| Link the repo proof boundary from the blog proof ledger. | Do not let the blog imply stronger claims than the repos themselves make. |
| Treat casebook entries as case notes with next proof artifacts. | Do not call them finished client case studies. |
| Treat canvas as a public worksheet. | Do not imply broad legal reuse rights or guaranteed better output without license/outcome proof. |
| Keep Mimesis Audit as offer draft plus self-applied sample. | Do not claim repeatable consulting outcomes until external or redacted proof exists. |
Output Contract
Future Mimesis public claim changes should include:
| field | required evidence |
|---|---|
| Public repo state | gh repo view visibility, pushed date, default branch, and current README/manifest/proof-boundary snapshot. |
| Blog hub state | Local content path and route proof for the updated public page. |
| Case state | Case note path, source artifact, changed artifact, screenshots or diffs when available, what remains unproven, and next proof artifact. |
| Adoption evidence | External issue, PR, comment, audit request, client-redacted sample, or reproducible usage transcript. |
| Claim boundary | Explicit allowed and forbidden public claims. |
Validation
Expected verification:
npm run check:qualitynpm run check:surface-contractsnpm run check:surfacesnpm run checknpm run check:routesnpm run check:live
Claim Boundary
Allowed public claim:
- Mimesis Engineering now has a public method repo, a public canvas repo, a public casebook repo, a blog hub, a prompt pack, and self-applied proof artifacts.
Forbidden public claims:
- Do not claim external adoption.
- Do not claim proven customer outcomes.
- Do not claim the method is an industry standard.
- Do not claim Mimesis Audit is a commercially proven consulting product.
- Do not treat casebook entries as finished client portfolio evidence.
- Do not imply broad legal reuse rights for public templates until licensing is explicit.
Memory Update
Keep the repo/blog alignment rule as a standing Mimesis surface gate: every stronger public claim must point to the repo artifact, the blog artifact, the case artifact, and the next proof artifact that would make the claim stronger.
