It does not make the Minecraft board stronger.
It makes the missing evidence harder to hide.

What Changed
Before:
aggregate transcript ledger existed;
full per-judge transcript was missing;
the missing transcript gap was visible mainly in prose
After:
scorer-transcript-availability.json records the gap as a machine-checkable blocker;
raw-transcript-contract.md and raw-transcript-preflight.json define the row-level raw judge evidence contract while recording row_count_current = 0;
verify_public_surface_hygiene.py rejects raw auth/runtime transcript markers and actual-looking bearer tokens;
sanitized raw-run receipts preserve public-safe evidence without publishing raw auth/runtime transcript material;
board-v1-inspection-manifest.json indexes existing blocker/preflight records with hashes, source-basis names, unsupported claims, and a digest while staying inspection-only;
manifest-promotion-blockers.json records why manifest preflight still cannot become manifest.json: full per-judge transcript, redaction-reviewed raw rows, live public route, and READY verifier pass remain missing;
verify_minecraft_board_v1_gate.py requires that blocker while board v1 is not ready;
README.md / README.ko.md now surface proof gates, raw transcript preflight, and board-v1 blockers near the top
This is an inspectability upgrade.
It is not a proof-strength upgrade.
Allowed Claim
PR #25 added a machine-checkable transcript-availability audit for the Minecraft board-v1 packet. The packet remains aggregate-only and blocked: board v1 is not ready, and the missing evidence is now explicit rather than silently absent.
PR #26 made the private/local plugin README easier to inspect by surfacing proof gates, current blockers, and transcript availability boundaries at the top of the README.
PR #27 added a raw transcript contract and preflight blocker. It makes the expected per-judge raw-row shape visible while keeping board v1 blocked because the raw rows and redaction-reviewed raw rows are still missing.
PR #28 hardened public transcript hygiene by blocking raw auth/runtime transcript markers and actual-looking bearer tokens while preserving sanitized raw-run receipts. It is a public-surface hygiene upgrade, not a board-v1 readiness upgrade.
PR #32 added board-v1-inspection-manifest.json as an inspection-only index of existing blocker/preflight records. It makes provenance-like rows and unsupported claims easier to inspect, but it is not manifest.json, not READY.json, not a public-safe screenshot manifest, and not board-v1 readiness.
PR #33 added manifest-promotion-blockers.json as a machine-checkable blocker index. It makes the conditions for promoting manifest-preflight.json into manifest.json explicit, but it is not manifest.json, not READY.json, not a public-safe manifest, and not board-v1 readiness.

Marketing Use
Safe sentence:
The Minecraft proof packet did not become ready; it became more inspectable. The transcript gap, raw-row gap, and manifest-promotion blockers are now recorded as machine-checkable blockers, sanitized raw-run receipts are preserved, and the README surfaces local proof gates before claims.
Unsafe sentence:
The Minecraft board now has full transcript proof and is ready for marketing.

This artifact should be reflected in the GitHub profile only after the public blog proof cascade and live route checks include this blocker state.
Until then, the safe profile-level claim remains smaller:
